Service Agreement

By engaging Cool Earth Aircon for aircon servicing, repair, installation, or any related services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services Offered

Cool Earth Aircon provides:

  • General aircon servicing and maintenance
  • Chemical wash and chemical overhaul
  • Gas top-up (R22, R410A, R32)
  • Troubleshooting and repair
  • Aircon installation (residential and commercial)
  • Annual maintenance contracts

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST where applicable
  • Prices are as quoted before service begins — no hidden fees
  • Additional work beyond the original scope requires your approval and a separate quote
  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and PayNow

Warranty Policy

90-Day Workmanship Warranty

All services performed by Cool Earth Aircon come with a 90-day workmanship warranty. This covers:

  • Defects in workmanship related to the service performed
  • Issues directly caused by the service that was carried out

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Pre-existing defects or wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party modification
  • Parts or components not supplied by Cool Earth Aircon
  • Issues caused by power surges, lightning, or water damage
  • Normal degradation of refrigerant levels over time

Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Appointments are scheduled via WhatsApp, phone, or email
  • We aim for same-day or next-day service availability
  • Please provide at least 4 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Repeated no-shows may result in a booking deposit requirement

Access Requirements

For us to perform the service, you must:

  • Provide safe access to the aircon unit(s)
  • Clear the area around the indoor and outdoor units
  • Ensure someone is present at the property during the service
  • Inform us of any building access restrictions or requirements

Limitation of Liability

Cool Earth Aircon will not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions discovered during service
  • Damage to property not caused by our service
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
